It is installed by pressing the nut into a properly sized punched or drilled hole, allowing the surrounding sheet material to flow into the nut’s specially designed clinching ring and secure it permanently in position.
The CLS self-clinching nut features a flush-head design, allowing installation where minimal protrusion on the opposite side of the panel is required.
