The special characteristic of Aerospace products include being extra lightweight and super durability.
These help to withstand high pressure (for eg, while exiting earth’s atmosphere) and higher temperature (for eg, exposure to burning rocket fuel).
Over the years, various equipment and metal treatment methods have been developed to get high quality aerospace fasteners to assist planes and space vehicles to be airborne with minimal stress.
We are stocking a number of aerospace products. The high quality of these is synonymous with our Company name.
The head is at a special 100°angle which reduces the height and allows the screw to be used in narrow spaces.
Countersunk Screws (also know as a flat head screw) are used where the finished surfaces require a neat and flush fastening unit. The countersunk portion offers good centering possibilities.
100° special flat head screws have been developed for use in soft materials to distribute pressure over a larger and less angular surface. Very well adapted for use with thin aluminium, soft plastics, etc.
MIL-STD-1515 “Fastener Systems for Aerospace” requires 100° countersunk screws. Manufactured as per ISO-5856 and IS:15437 and available in AISI-304 grade.
We have also added the 120° Countersunk Head Screws to our portfolio which provide an extremely low profile fitting.
Our “SLIM” Ultra-Low Profile screw range is another valuable offering suitable for Aerospace application. Ultra-thin head screws are up to 77% thinner than conventional screw heads which makes possible flat external surface and contributes low-profile design and weight saving.
Combines the high mechanical strength with corrosion resistance for an effective solution to many situations. These are very useful for Aerospace applications as they allow the designer to reduce weight of the fastener for a joint.

Get the Titanium Advantage for your aerospace fastening needs
Titanium fasteners are an extremely useful element in Aerospace because they combine the light weight abilities of Aluminium with the strength capability of Steel.
Titanium Alloy Fasteners available in ready stock.
Phosphor bronze is an alloy of copper, tin and phosphorus – 0.5–11% tin and 0.01–0.35% phosphorus.
The tin strengthens the alloy by increasing its corrosion resistance. The phosphorus contributes by increasing the wear resistance and stiffness of the alloy.
These alloys become special in their utility. It is unmatched it its toughness, strength, low coefficient of friction, and fine grain. The phosphorus reduces the viscosity of the molten alloy, which makes it easier and cleaner to cast and reduces grain boundaries between crystallites.
Wire thread inserts for precision industry are manufactured to high standards. Thread inserts in SS 316 are
Useful where high alloyed CrNi steel screws are needed. Suitability
A number of Aerospace components have American Standard Threads as standard fitments. To enable this supply chain to function effectively, we have developed and maintain ready stock of a number of ASME/ANSI standard unified thread components.
Available in Stainless Steel AISI-304 and AISI-316 grades.
These provide a lightweight riveting option that is very useful when calculating airborne loads.
Additionally, the sealed design of these blind rivets makes the riveted joints liquid and air proof.
These high temperatures caused by aerodynamic friction require that a material retains its strength in order to maintain shape and perform as designed. Monel in particular, is able to retain its shape and strength up to 1300°C. Monel rivets also have a very high strength to size ratio. Therefore blind rivets of Monel provide a great option for reducing weight and application in high temperature zones
