Metal Bolts and Studs

We offer a wide range of metal bolts and studs. While bolts can be described as long shafts with a distinct head on one side. These are generally partially threaded. A fully threaded bolt is referred as a Screw. A stud is a fastener that uses a nut screw to increase or loosen tension between the parts it is fastening or holding together.

Hex screws

The work horse of any industry, the ubiquitous screw is needed in every machinery in some size or the other. We have a varied range to cater to all your different needs.

Lag Bolts/Lag Screws

Lag Bolts/Lag Screws Known as lag bolts or lag screws or coach screws, these are among the toughest fasteners used in the industry. These extremely sturdy fasteners are usually used to connect heavy lumber or other heavy materials that bearing intensive loads. Their distinctive feature is their huge size with their starting size being approx. 20mm long and about 6mm thick. Lag screws have sharp lead thread points and are usually hex head.

Typical Uses : Fixing clamps, plates to flooring, walls etc. Fixing Dish Antennas, road humps, outdoor play equipment, etc.

Square Neck Carriage Bolts

This is known by different names such as Carriage Bolts, Coach bolts/ Round Head Square neck bolt, Mushroom Head Square neck bolt etc. Useful for fastening wood and metal together.

It is distinguished from other bolts by its shallow mushroom head followed by a square neck, while the shank cross section of the bolt is circular. This gives the bolt its self locking feature. The square neck grips into the part being fixed preventing the head from turning when the nut is tightened.

Allen Cap Bolts and Screws

The workhorse of the machinery construction industry.

Dome Bolt

Dome bolt has high utility in architectural metal work as it’s aesthetically appealing as a cover for threaded rods and as caps for machine screws.

Weld Studs or Bolts

Resistance welded fasteners are materially binding and can potentially eliminate the need for laborious welding operations. Premium resistance weld fasteners allow for additional components to be attached to an existing metal part, while allowing the fastener itself to stay permanently attached.

Some of the different types of weld fasteners include weld nuts, weld studs and weld pins. Weld fasteners are a good solution for creating a super-strong and permanent connection between steel and the fastener.

Lifting Eye bolts – DIN 580 / DIN 444

This is a bolt with a loop at one end. They are used to firmly attach a securing eye to a structure, so that ropes or cables may then be tied to it. The eye bolt must be of fully screwed in to achieve a perfect contact between the two mating faces. Both threads must be of a equal length and the base material of equal strength to that of the bolt.

Lifting Eye Bolts are made as per DIN 580. Also available in Long stems.

Swing Eye Bolts as per DIN 444 standards.

Materials : Mild Steel, Stainless Steel Grades AISI 304 and 316

HSFG Structural Bolts

HSFG bolts are also commonly used in structures that will be exposed to a lot of vibrations, or loadings that will reverse. Since the bolts are preloaded the tension in the bolt doesn’t vary as much as in a standard bolt, so they don’t fatigue as quickly.

Tool Post Bolts

Used for clamping on tool posts of a lathe.

Wing Bolts

Flange Bolts

Flange bolts, also called Hex Flange Screws, are a special type of bolt which have a flange below its head. They look like a bolt with a washer attached to the head.

The flange provides a more even distribution of the load. Flange bolts eliminate the need to use a washer giving higher flexibility in a wide range of operations.
